Student Training & Development

To meet the manpower requirements of industries, we at Universal College of Engineering put great value in collaborating with them to ensure that our students acquire the right knowledge, skill and aptitude through practical training. Universal College of Engineering has a structured training and development program for all the students right from the first year. The training and development program is focused to prepare students for final placements. We have an in-house dedicated faculty for planning and executing the program.

In Universal College of Engineering, internship is encouraged for students from their first year till final year with the sole objective to explore, learn and do research on the subject and the industry. As per our academic programme, the students have to compulsorily undergo summer training during summer break as an integral part of the curriculum on the completion of their sixth semester of B.E. The whole idea is aimed at making the students getting acquainted with the processes, practices as well as rigour and complexities of the industrial world.
