Documents Required

Minimum Documents

Required for all students

  • Marksheet of Std. X examinations
  • Marksheet of Std. XII examinations
  • Score Card of JEE
  • Score Card of CET
  • School/College Leaving Certificate
  • Certificate of Indian Nationality of the candidate (Birth Certificate or Passport)
  • Physical Fitness Certificate issued by a registered medical practitioner (registered doctor).
  • Five passport-sized photographs of the candidate
  • Only if the year of HSC/10 + 2 or equivalent passing is not 2020, affidavit for gap in studies.  
  • Notarised affidavit on Rs. 100 non-judicial stamp paper for compliance with AICTE anti-ragging rules in the name of applicant as well as by parents. 
  • Undertaking regarding interim fees stipulated by Shikshan Shulka Samiti. 

ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS FOR GUJARATI-SPEAKING MINORITY APPLICANTS Community certificate indicating that the applicant belongs to Gujarati speaking Community. (If candidate has not opted Gujarati as one of the language at SSC or HSC/10 + 2 or equivalent).  Notarised affidavit on Rs. 100 non-judicial stamp paper declaring candidate belongs to the Gujarati-speaking community. 


Domicile certificate of candidate and father/mother of candidate (by birth or permanent residence)

Eligibility certificate from University of Mumbai

Migration certificate


For SC/ST/NT1/NT2/OBC/SPC students, caste certificate/caste validity/non-creamy layer certificate (if and as applicable)

Relevant documents for defence/physically handicapped/J&K candidates (if applicable)


Original certificates shall be submitted for verification to the college authority effecting admission. If a candidate is offered admission, his/her original School/ Institution Leaving Certificate (after qualifying examination) and Certificate of Marks at the qualifying examination will be retained by the college. These two original certificates will not be returned to any candidate once admitted to a course unless the candidate cancels his/her admission. If a candidate is unable to produce these two original certificates at the time of his/her admission on account of his/her admission to some other institution; he/she will have to produce a certificate from the Head of the Institution where he/she has taken admission indicating that he/she has been admitted to a particular course in that institution and hence his/her original certificates have been retained in that institution. Along with such a certificate the candidate shall be required to submit the copies of the abovementioned two certificates; i) School/Institution Leaving Certificate (after qualifying examination) and ii) Certificate of Marks at the qualifying examination, duly attested by the Head of the institution in which he/she has taken admission.
